We found a charming little place with a nice backyard, within walking distance of the train stations, some good friends, and the shops and restaurants on Main Street.
It's too small for my easel, though - so the next step is to find some affordable studio space. Wish me luck.

I recognized the neighborhood. When my husband and I were dating, he lived in Manayunk and I lived in Center City. Your life drawing looks great. Other resources for Life Drawing are the Fleisher Art Memorial on 7th and Catherine and the Phildelphia Sketch Society at Camac and Pine. Keep up the good work.
